The 32 participants on the Chinese Government Fellowship on The Seminar on Public Administration for Caribbean and South Pacific-Region held at Peking University, Beijing, China - July 2nd - July 24th, 2012.

The participants were from the South Pacific Islands of Fuji, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea, Tonga, Samoa, Niue and Micronesia and from the Caribbean Islands of Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, The Bahamas, Grenada, Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago in Beijing, China.
